LTS Rate & Incentive Program
For
agents, corporate travel planners, and meeting planners, a visit to your property is essential in educating, testing the product
and services, and closing business. We ask our properties to support our corporate travel planners and agency travel professionals
by offering highly discounted “LTS site visit” rates and formally commit to an LTS incentive program that allows
each travel professional the opportunity to earn complimentary room night stays based on a predetermined room night booking
benchmark. It is our intention to have each property set the benchmark to earn a complimentary room night at a level that
is achievable but shows a commitment to consistently use the property. Because of our personalized service and close connection
with our clients, each travel professional that participates in the LTS incentive program is asked to notify us of the booking
so we can track production and notify the property when the benchmark is reached and a complimentary room night is due. As always, all travel professionals and meeting
planners with the intent to perform a site inspection that have bookable group business of a minimum of 10 rooms per night
within the next 18 months are encouraged to contact LTS to arrange a site inspection.
